2010 Aaron Douglas Art Fair Online Entry Form

Exhibition Agreement
Fees
A non refundable entry fee of $50.00 includes one 10x10 ft space. Artists may share a space; however, an entry fee is required for each group. The entry fee is non-refundable (unless not selected) and includes a processing fee of $10.00. An artist who is not accepted will have all but the processing fee returned. Checks, money order; payable to Turnaround Team,
Inc., with Aaron Douglas Art Fair on the note line. Now accepting all major credit cards through PayPal.

Sale of exhibited work

Artists should bring a sufficient number of examples of work to exhibit and/or sell the day of the fair. All work displayed and/or sold must be the work of submitting artist(s). Artists are responsible for collecting sales tax on all items sold.

Entry guidelines
All artists, whether individual or group, must submit three (3), good quality images. Images need to be submitted online (digital requirements 8x10 and 300 dpi). If you need assistance submitting your art digitally please contact artdirector@aarondouglasartfair.com. All entries must be of recent good quality originals and be solely executed by the submitting artist.

Setup/Check-in
Artists may set up after check-in at the information table beginning at 9:00 a.m.and should be set up no later than 10:00 a.m. Artists should plan to bring their own display equipment and tents. Display panels and tables may be available on a first come first serve basis.

Deadline/Submission
Entry form must be received by 5:00 p.m. August 27th, 2010.  Notification of acceptance will occur through email no later than September 4th, 2010. Submit entry form, fees and examples of work to: artdirector@aarondouglasartfair.com.

Liability/Agreement
The Aaron Douglas Art Fair and the Topeka Turnaround Team accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any artist's work exhibited at Aaron Douglas Art Fair or entry submissions for jurying. Submission of an entry constitutes permission to have one's submitted electronic images used, or art photographed, for publicity purposes and constitutes agreement with all conditions set forth. Artists are encouraged to provide their own insurance for their artwork.

Awards
Artist work will be judged by a panel representing local artists and art organizations. Awards will be based on the overall quality of art displayed by each artist. Awards will be selected for People's Choice, Youth, High School, College Student,
Amateur, and Professional. Each award will be announced during the fair festivities.

All fees must be included on PayPal. Email must match to identify and track entry. This is for single entry only. Multiple entry booths must by submitted via mail with check or money order.
